We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we gladly accept refunds for online purchases. Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. Please be aware that the cost of returns is the responsibility of the buyer. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return. We cannot accept returns for items that do not adhere to these guidelines.
If you plan to return an item, please notify us via email, and we will provide you with a returns number to include with the parcel. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of return postage. We highly recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and confirm that we have received it. Following the inspection, we will promptly inform you of the status of your refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund for any items that are not in a condition suitable for resale.
