DELIVERY
– If goods are sent on a service that requires a signature, please specify a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.
UK DELIVERY
– UK STANDARD DELIVERY: £3.95 on all orders within mainland UK and N.I (2-3 working days). A signature will be required on delivery.
– UK Express Delivery – £6.95 for orders placed before 11a.m. Mon-Fri (1-2 working days). A signature will be required on delivery.
– Standard UK Offshore shipping (Jersey & Guernsey) £5.95
DISPATCH TIMES AND NOTIFICATIONS
Our team processes orders on business days only. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that all delivery times (except for next-day delivery) are estimates and may be affected by external factors, so they should be considered approximate.
You will receive an initial email confirming your order has been received, followed by another email once your order has been dispatched, which will include your shipping reference number. Orders can be sent to either a business or residential address; however, some packages may require a signature upon delivery.
If no one is available to sign for the package, the delivery company will leave a card informing you of where the parcel has been taken and how to arrange for redelivery or collection from their depot.
Please be aware that Royal Mail cannot be held responsible if you are unavailable to accept deliveries or if a notification card is not left in any situation. We also cannot take responsibility if you are not present to accept deliveries when they arrive.
EU DELIVERY and INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Currently, we are not offering shipping to the EU or internationally through our website. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, you are welcome to email us with any item requests, and we can discuss postage costs at that time.
